Rooms were available upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Pool and amenities were clean and in good working condition. Staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service and resolved any issues promptly. a pleasant stay.

The room was availible when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok.
Booking through Booked.net we were told there was a pool and there was not one availible in the facility. Speaking to the attendents it has been down for months. In order to retrieve the room i was charged $30 for possible damages. This was told to me to be returned to me after check out. It was returned to me one week after. I was told I would get my room stay back but that has not happened as of yet 10 days later. Marriot to me was always a pretty good hotel so this was a disapointment.

The hotel was modern and great, with favourable location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was right by several excellent restaurants, and Joplin. Also, it was about 15 minutes' drive to Maccaroo Gyms🙂

We got great value for our money and the room was fantastic, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location was perfect with plenty of nearby restaurants, and the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly.
The morning meal could have been improved by ensuring the milk was not past its due date.

Out of coffee several times, put a street light at the exit, very difficult to cross Rangeline at times.
